My stats are not updating since April 2023 and TRN can’t find me on Battlefield

Stats not updating on my profile on the game since April 2023. After I play a set of games I check and nothing. I keep progressing through the game but it’s not reflected in the stats. Also my TRN ac...

@ElliotLH So I went to EA help and they couldn’t find anything to fix the problem but created a case number and that it would be further investigated. Under profile, overview everything is up to date but move over to stats and it’s old info. Go figure.

@PITA4858 Fingers crossed that it does get resolved after the escalation or self-resolves itself. Keep an eye on the case and let us know if you get any updates - it might help someone else in the future.
