Stats not updating on my profile on the game since April 2023. After I play a set of games I check and nothing. I keep progressing through the game but it’s not reflected in the stats. Also my TRN account says they can’t find me on BF2024. What’s up.

@PITA4858 What a hassle, at this point I would just give up and don’t mind about the stats anymore. As long as if you’re having fun playing the game.

@PITA4858 This might have to do with a setting in game. Please check the following:In-game go to Settings then click on the General tab. Here you will see a setting called "Share Usage Data", you have to set this to ON to make your stats public. If you want to make your stats private, set this setting to OFF.Once changed, make sure to play at least one match to have the setting propagate.

@PITA4858 Fingers crossed that it does get resolved after the escalation or self-resolves itself. Keep an eye on the case and let us know if you get any updates - it might help someone else in the future.

@PITA4858 That's indeed very weird. In that case EA is the correct route to address the issue. Fingers crossed they find a solution.

For account issues it's best to contact EA directly.

That said, have you tried to launch portal play a game and then go back to regular Battlefield to see if that resets your stats?

@PITA4858 Not sure about the accuracy of your stats, but I do see your player profile for BF2042 on TRN. When you do a search for your profile, be sure to select Playstation Network from the drop-down menu.

@Doo-Doo-Draws Yes I can see my stats but they don’t update. The ones you see on the forum are from April 2023. No updates since then.

Probably not, but I wonder if that sometimes-workaround for missing items where you play a full round of Portal (or AoW if Portal is what's predominently played) will do anything here.
