Need more ways to kill vehicle's
I mean there's not enough vehicle death spam I would much rather vehicles be a one shot it currently takes to much skill to bring down a tank or hovercraft

@XTS-KingBeef The hovercraft is getting nerfed and the tanks are easy to take out. The only time tanks are tough to take out is when they have dedicated repair guys constantly repairing it but so far barely anyone uses the repair tool so its not really an issue atm
