Battlefield have netcode problems since Battlefield 3. They can't fix this problem on 100% and thats why are here community servers which have ping limitations, country filters which are very far aways and etc..
Many people can tell you "I never had any netcode problem" but this depen on your gameplay style. If you playing very aggresive, allways pushing then you can have sometime situations when you die under special circumstances. But if you playing like POD-Bot from Counter-Strike 1.4 you cannot feel any problems with netcode (maaaybe a little sometimes).
Try run TEST RANGE and you can see difference between shooting BOT(s) with staying on one place and moving real player with poor connection and who knows where have location.
DICE maybe testing this game internally only over LAN mode not ONLINE mode.
