New Airburst gun is terrible. Pretty much pointless and is nowhere as good in other games.

@80uwjx4m1chcYour not using it correctly.1: Do not target players directly. When you first ads it sets the range of the air burst detonates a few yards behind that designated range.2: you want to manually designate the range while adsing. This is d pad down on controller not sure on pc. So if the target is around a corner or behind a wall designate the wall near the edge of the corner or the front of the object the target is hiding. Then fire.3: fire at least 3 shots: it will take at least 3 hits to kill a full health target. Most of the time I fire all 5 just to be sure.4: For targets in the open aim a couple yards in from of them. Designate the ground as the distance then aim at them and fire. If you designate them directly it will fly past the and detonate.5: from firing from above is the only time you want to aim directly at the target as the grenades will detonate on impact with the ground.Hopefully these tips help. It's a little more nuanced of weapon but can be very effective. I've eliminated whole squads with it by downing a player then there friends run behind cover near them to attempt to rez and fired the air burst and eliminated the whole squad.

@80uwjx4m1chc what exactly do you want ti to do? oneshot people behind cover? it is not exactly meant to be used as the sole DMG dealer to an enemy...you should use it to either fire in a chokepoint or finish off enemies that got into cover mid gunfight....if you were hoping it would be a one shot then i am glad it dissapointed

I’d started out thinking it was garbage but after watching a vid and messing about, I’ve come around and expect the calls to nerf it to start anytime. Use it before they kill it.

I have fired at, and close to other players and it hardly touches them.
In BF4 it was far better than this in all ways it was used, this one is terrible. Flatulence would be stronger.
