No stutter or skips for me on my Logitech G604 wireless.
Have you got good line of sight between the adapter and the mouse? Metal reflects RF waves.
Is your CPU a bit weak? This game really pushes CPUs.
My speccs i5 9400f , rx 5600 6gb , 32gb ddr4 ram. game plays alright.
I always had the input lag sometimes the game wont let me aim or move my mouse left or right. Without a stutter. but with my new mouse its even more
I'm experiencing the same issue since the latest update.

love this game really had some amazing moments but a fps game with mouse problems hahahaha kinda very sad 😛
