I like it.
It's the kind of infantry only map 2042 needed at launch.
For an infantry only map it has far more vertical gameplay than I expected. So many stairs and varying elevations! So many paths forward! It's possible for snipers to play with the rest of the team instead of camping outside away from the action. This is something Locker and Metro did not have, on those maps, sniping was only really feasible on two or three areas of the map.
I will say this tho, EMP grenades are OP on Redacted. They make Irish's sentinels useless against the explosive spam. I'd wager that this needs to be adjusted or something. EMP grenades could instead do like 25% damage to them instead.
Also, the map size has me wishing there was at least Quads or that new flying vehicle on the map, as weird as that sounds. Maybe make it available 5 minutes into the round, so that everyone is forced to run for the objectives at the beginning of the round.
Something else I noticed is there is not much interact-able objects such as stuff Rao can hack. It would've been nice if Rao could hack a door to shut down a certain pathway until another Rao hacks it or someone uses the "touch screen panel".
Overall I think it's a good map.
Last criticism is the music for it is super below average. Probably the most dull music out of 2042's maps. The only good part is the round opening chime, the round ending music is so dull I could fall asleep to it. You would think a map about Cyborgs would have far more gritty background music playing as the round closes.
