I agree. I have found most matches to be closely contested and I am really enjoying Spearhead so far.
I have also found the spawns to be much better on this map, I haven't experienced so many spawn / dead moments
If they do their normal weekly rotation today then Spearhead 24/7 Conquest will be replaced.
I will actually miss playing Spearhead as I have been playing it exclusively since launch. 🙂
One week later, the novelty is wearing thin. It is a decent map. But clearly too narrow even as a design choice it needs widening especially around C. Too bright, meaning no weather dynamics, players run too fast.
3x maps per year is just not good enough! Next map will be circa Febuary/March
Dice including their shill youtubers have convinced the gaming public this is better than what we had, ala premium dlc

BF2042 definitely needs more maps, imho the Premium Pass was a much better system.
You knew what you were getting, 4 new maps every 3 months guaranteed, it really kept the game fresh.
