New squad management is bad and abusive.
1, The timer to lose being the squad leader is TOO FAST. You lose it if you happen to die, which is absurd. Timer should stop or something if you die. 2. The system is already being abused like craz...

@BasenjiMaster we all have different play styles. The friends that I like in my squad don't need a leader, we all understand what it takes to win and play accordingly. If I die and the other three are on a capped objective, I spawn close to the next target without prompt and the others follow if need be, if not they'll go to the next.
I understand that some of you like to stick together in a gang, but most of the time it just makes the whole squad an easy target for squad wipe and the objectives suffer.
I haven't used this new feature yet, but I'm looking forward to the random joining us and giving orders, t'will be a laugh.

- @turtlebeached This post isn't about play styles. Why are people so hung up about this just because I happened to mention snipers? Focus on the matter.
- @BasenjiMaster Just like your post wasn't about snipers, mine wasn't about play styles. If you read the last line, mine was about some random being promoted to squad leader and no-one listening to him.
