Creating a new squad would also be nice.
The other two points, I disagree with.
As for kicking snipers... I always give them a chance to prove themselves because who knows, they could be beneficial. Even if they want to camp on the outskirts of the map, as long as they are getting kills and don't go 0-10, I'll keep them.
But why kick them? They will still be on your team just different squad. ( I am not a sniper) Snipers could be the best help if you turn on your microphone and while you run around tell them which enemy player to take out. Ping the guy and talk to the sniper. You both will feel good. Cheers.
@JOGAGATYAThis hits my issue with squads.
Most times no one is using a headset, at least when I am playing.
And the one guy who does use a headset? Is doing nothing but yelling every "french" word in existance. The words don't bother me. The yelling does. Add the food munching, and then listening to that person yelling to someone else in RL... you know, because they are in their basement bedroom......
EDIT: Forgot to mention that the one guy who does have the headset..... has their speakers on so loud that you hear his game in your ears... over the top of your game. With, of course, a slight delay.
Lovely.

I say it was worth it. You have to work on friendships. Most of the time it starts with us. Be friendly and sound like you are a fun guy, non abusive, no f bombs etc. Your squad mates most of the time hear you, they will turn on their headsets if they like what they hear. Start with a thank you when they revive you or point out some danger to them etc. laugh a lot, good luck. Cheers!

Battlefield needs a ranked and unranked option.
It's insane to me why it currently still doesn't exist.
It would keep most players happy.
You'd literally never be kicked from a squad if you were in a ranked game, unless you were there by accident.
And all the farmers would be happy on the unranked servers.
Mwah........

Now in BF2042 we usually play together once a week and those sessions are way more fun than my solo sessions with randoms. But that goes for any game.
During BFV we joined a platoon and made us some new firends. We had a nice mix of nationalities with likeminded people. Funny times! Due to BFV support ending, and BF2042 launch being a disaster nobody in the platoon picked up on this game. The lack of any proper platoon support was detrimental to that as well. And the basics of platoon support is proper squad management functionality which has been absent for way too long. Now we finally get some of the basic fundamentals, but it's too late.
