It seems like I have received almost every survey. I have been playing since BF1942, and FPS games since Doom.
I think there is a place to sign up for them on your EA account. So if you haven't done that or elected to, you may not receive them.
- @Adamonic Have signed up for them for years and alpha and beta never get them.
Enders says he hasn't received a survey yet either.
