I feel the same, don't think I have played a single round in months without cheaters. No matter what mode I play, conquest, breakthrough, portal, every single match I join has at least 1-2 cheaters.
Don't know what happened since BF3/4 but I hardly ever saw cheaters back then and punkbuster would kick cheaters from the game while they were playing. Now cheaters are everywhere and don't seem to get banned at all, some of the cheaters I reported 2-3 months ago are still playing and cheating.
I saw the first cheaters back in BF2, it was a guy in our clan and PunkBuster spotted it. I had a great chat with the PB admins, they explained the reasoning for the ban. It turned out our guy was a real cheat (wallhack), he was booted from the clan. I remember see the first aim-botter on a Strike at Karkand map, so obvious. So yea, it's been a problem for a long time.
We need Server Admins (even a badmin is better than nothing), with tools.
And last night, on Redacted, there was a guy JUMPING around hip firing with the NTW-50 like it was PDW, it was a joke. He got 124 kills in a round, the next nearest high score killer was 26. I couldn't report the guy because the Social Tab never gave me the option to report him during, or after the round.
PB is completely outdated against modern cheats.
And one thing is for sure, that cheating will not decrease with any of today's AC programs, because the cheat distributors always find a way to get around them (How else, can these companies survive)

@SpoolaZ Interesting video! This is the reason I've given up on PC and will only play on PlayStation with PC crossplay turned off.
I would play on Xbox too, but PC crossplay is forced on with Xbox.The new hacks these days are boring. Back in the day they use to have things like, rapid fire, enemy e-tags, unlimited ammo, players use to be able to fly around. Now it's just like some no recoil and wall hacks. BF don't need a wall hack you got the mini map and other gadgets to find the person.
I want to see unlimited rocket pods in the jet with no reload. Show me the real hacks!
I just did a full research on where they got it and apparently its a monthly subscription cheat they even share their coding on the forums publicly literally EA can do something about it but they don't want to.
EA is just **** i guess hence they layoffs and Marcus leaving EA. guess it all makes sense, wish i hadn't bought this at full price, totally robbed of the enjoyment.@1201BCG I remember when you called me a cheater lol
- @Teletubby89 A massive delay put on someone can make it look like another person instant shoots and kills as in aim bot. Dice do have a severe problem with their server rules. In a fps game its like the better the gear the better performance you get in game. The same should with isp and network. The better connection and lower ms ping you have the better the experience on a server should be. Unfortunately that is not the case as server averages the connections. Else it would be a mess. Again US and Asia should not be allowed on Europe servers and vice versa.
Just like bf5 you can tell instantly if gameplay feels off, but here you are able to see that a 300 or worse ms player entered. Then you know why !
