@Teletubby89 A massive delay put on someone can make it look like another person instant shoots and kills as in aim bot. Dice do have a severe problem with their server rules. In a fps game its like the better the gear the better performance you get in game. The same should with isp and network. The better connection and lower ms ping you have the better the experience on a server should be. Unfortunately that is not the case as server averages the connections. Else it would be a mess. Again US and Asia should not be allowed on Europe servers and vice versa.
Just like bf5 you can tell instantly if gameplay feels off, but here you are able to see that a 300 or worse ms player entered. Then you know why !
