New Year, so many cheaters

A month ago I started listing down every cheater and started reporting them. Most of them have a 95% headshot rate making the game terrible and one-sided. I notice that they do disappear, or at least I don't get to play with them again after a few days. Now the players I reported a month ago started to appear again. Are they getting banned for 30 days? or they just don't appear on my matchup?

If they weren't banned, is there a way I can avoid having matchup with them forever?

New monitors have own AI built in that scans the screen.
Only connection pc sees is a HDMI

Yeah there is that on redacted some awesome gamers it's fast furious dark & dingie you got to be quick or your on the floor crying for mummy medic lol 🤣

I'm sure it shows monitor model in device manager so believe they can detect this.
Not 100% sure though.

Sometimes the game minimizes to an icon while playing. I think they are taking screenshots. I don’t know how they use them.
