The difference is that the scoreboard in tomorrow's patch can only be seen during the round. At the end of the round you will not be able to see the scoreboard. This will be added in April.

It is. But what you are seeing tomorrow is just the first iteration of the updated Scoreboard that we've made based on player feedback. There's more coming, such as the Scoreboard being present during End of Round screens.

How about a server browser? Is that in the pipeline there somewhere?
