No Mouse/Keyboard support, but im forced to cross-lay with PC

To disable crossplay on XBox, you do the following:

It is definitely not working as it ideally should, and also reason why you typically then cannot find a match.  Moreover, the lobbies aren't filled with AI as we were told they would be...

Summarize your bug Go into your Soldier's "General / Options - Other" section, where you can select to opt in or out of CrossPlay by choosing OFF or ON. Here it appears as being ON by default. But when going to the toggle switch, the option is actually disabled to be toggled as you want. So it is not possible to choose to select OFF for CrossPlay. It is forced ON permanently.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Follow the steps as described above, on how to get to that plave in the menu where you change your preference for CrossPlay ON/OFF: Go into your Soldier's "General / Options - Other" section, where you can select to opt in or out of CrossPlay by choosing OFF or ON. Here it appears as being ON by default. But when going to the toggle switch, the option is actually disabled to be toggled as you want. So it is not possible to choose to select OFF for CrossPlay. It is forced ON permanently.
What happens when the bug occurs? You do not have the option to put CrossPlay to OFF as we wanted it to be. We are forced to be in CrossPlay by default, no matter if we want to or not.
What should be happening instead? We should have the toogle switch working instead, so we can set our preference to CrossPlay = OFF.

And yes, we are aware of the pre-requisite conditions for this toggle function to be available.  But despite adhering to all the conditions, then the option to set CrossPlay to OFF is still not possible...
