@Daeyon-be Development on the next game beginning is disappointing, but not surprising. That's industry standard - once you ship a game/expansion, most of the core development team moves onto the next project while a smaller team remains on it to work on bugfixes or the live-service aspect.
But with how bad 2042 is and how little has been done, I'd have hoped that DICE would keep more of the team working on it to actually try to get it into a decent state by "early summer", which is sure doesn't seem on track to hit (more like "summer 2023" at this point).
I get it, production needs to begin on the next BF so they have time to work on it and avoid repeating the same mistake they did with 2042 where they launch 40% of a game that's still buggy as heck, but it's just lame seeing that there's no "extraordinary effort" on the part of DICE to deliver the game that they sold their community on.
