I've had the same problem since May 14th and haven't received any explanation. EA support offers no solutions; they only respond that the team was right to ban me and it's their word against mine, because I haven't cheated or manipulated the game. I'm an average player who has enjoyed these games for many years and has never had any problems.
If anyone knows how to fix this, please help us. I have the same account I use to play other games, and I don't want to lose my progress in them for just one game if I buy it from a new account.
