Like how much are you gonna cater to the call of duty infantry junkies? Battlefield is the only franchise of its kind where you can actually exp nice vehicle gameplay and you keep on throwing nerf after nerf on them.There has never been so many ways to take down air vehicles. You got the wildcat, stinger, tracer lock on, soflam, tanks that got op projectiles, a freaking specialist with tv missile with infinite amount of ammo. You removed air vehicles from breakthrough and now this, might aswell just play call of duty at this point if you wanna be call of duty.

@FarystarLovesBF1 i can also argue that a good pilot is nearly impossible to take out in a stacked "transport heli" if the pilot overstretches his welcome he should be shot down for that....your argument of " a good team can shoot down entire fleet in matter of minutes" works just as much the other way....

@999Impreza explain to me again why a "transport helicopter" needs 2 miniguns, a 50mm cannon or 40mm grenade lancher and access to 2 sheltered repair spots. on top a "transport helicopter" can take more DMG then the MBTs and is much harder to hit then said MBTs. are we even playing the same gane anymore or have we entirely detachted from reality now?

@999Impreza It’s all about balance. It’s not about making a tiny percentage of players who fly well be masters of their own domain at the expense of the masses on the ground. The Hind has been OP for over a year. We won’t even know yet how much the 20% damage modifier will affect the Hind. Between wrenching and auto repair, it may not be as impactful as it needs. At least wait until Wednesday to bring out the crying towels.

@FarystarLovesBF1 Oh a good team can do it. So maybe 1 in 10 matches, that sounds fantastic /s. Respawning a heli once or twice a match must be devastating.

@FarystarLovesBF1 so to do that i need one person to shoot and hit the tracer dart, then i need three players to lock on, then the heli flares to negate the lock on then one player needs to hit another tracer dart, then three players need to lock on again (all the while not getting killed for staring in the sky by the other 31/63 players on the enemy team) and then hit in order to kill one vehilce in the enemy team.....let alone that the infatry needs at the very least 4 players to coordinate and hit perfectly while the enemy chopper only needs his flares to negate said lock.....do you see the powerimbalance? if not you might need to see your opthamologist.on top the chopper could also just kill these players with guns since all they do is stare at the sky they can be rather easy to spot on these big barren fields....

The nightbird's miniguns are also overpowered against other air vehicles (but I wouldn't say they are OP against infantry)
agreed. the nightbird has some issues but miniguns vs infantry isn't one. if a pilot can hit infantry and kill them with miniguns then they earned that kill

The frustrating thing with the nightbirds is not their firepower. It is their ability to hide away quickly while being a very small target for jets
So they were always the better helicopters for me. They are the second vehicle I got most kills with after the Wildcat.
