No Spalsh Damage from explosives

Question

There is absoultely no splash damage from the M5 or grenades. You have to hit the enemy square on to even get a kill. If you are off the target just a small bit it also registers no splash damage to the enemy. How could this have been missed?&nbsp;

@eggfarts1220 Im pretty sure there is. But a lot of the weapons got nerfed during the last update.
