Non-sniper weapons are way too accurate

@Psubond all these video game kids who have zero clue about ballistics or firearms in general, if they REALLY knew how accurate firearms like Rifle platforms were as RL Counterparts out to 500-750, 1000m and beyond actually were. they would not even play the game if it did not have actual RNG Spread for each shot.

my best infantry on infantry shot was BF4 - Firestorm 1918.6m corner to corner. nearly 1826.9m with the Cheytac SRR-61, in BF3's Firestorm - 1918.16m in the same setup, just with the M98B.
