GAme is about teamwork but choosing who you play with isn't the definition of 'teamwork.'
Also doesn't Portal allow clans/large groups to join the same server/team? That seems like the place they would allow this to happen if it isn't already.
I dont really want to join games where the other side is 20 players all on voice comms when I'm solo or playing with 1 friend. No offense to those people. And sure sometimes they suck anyway. But that scenario leads to pub stomps and no point in playing as a rule of thumb.

But Portal limits XP and I think other elements too.
And often you play against bots, which feels cheap.
We were able to play with 5-8 friends in all BF games before. Now they made it impossible in the core segment AO Warfare. Such a bummer.
I also get that clans might be a concern. But with 128 players and a good balancing this should work as it did before. Also would boost teamplay.
We hope this gets fixed.
