Didn't play BF V but 7 seems like a lot. Stock, grips/tripod, sights, barrel. Magazine, maybe?

To be fair, there were only a few worthwhile customizations we could make with V and now we can do it all in-game. My assumption is there will be way more than just 4 kinds we can choose from in the main menu, but we need to pick our top favourites for on-the-fly changes

Hey, so in the official blog post on this website , they do in fact say "up to 4 attachments". That is 4 categories of attachments, so say there could be maybe 5 options for each category and things can always change as the devs want.
This did not include skins for weapons and I have not seen anywhere that confirms or denies any skins for weapons in the game, so who knows.
From what I remember about BF V was it was mostly just slots for cosmetics and then some strange talent tree to customize the feel of the weapons.
- @MegatronNerd there are weapon skins, look at the bundles offered. That is not offering weapons. It might be a individual weapon skin or all weapon skin I don't know.

I forgot about that weird talent tree thing in battlefield 5. I hope it doesn't come back.
- @MarcosEMR1 In bfv the cuztomizations were cosmetic
In that case, is those 4 are actually going to have a real impact on the weapons behaviour, then it's OK. Still, even if those were just cosmetic, that adds some variety
- PaperAssassin-PC5 years agoNew Hotshot@MarcosEMR1 They should add a 'Charm' slot. That'd be cool.
- @PaperAssassin-PC that most like will be part of the skin change setup.
- ElliotLH5 years agoHero+@PaperAssassin-PC Since the pre-order pages mention including a “Mr. Chompy” epic weapon charm, it seems that this is an option we'll get.
