There's no reason for it not to allow FULL XP if the Portal experience is Vanilla without any modifications. And now that 2042 is nearing twilight, it only makes sense that this change be made for the longevity of Vanilla Portal servers.

Both times, each post garnered a lot of attention. YET nothing was done.

Before the Portal discussion was merged with General discussion I also spoke a lot about the problem there too.
