Option to remove / rebind the console command button

As the title states, it would be a huge QoL feature if you could rebind this button. The amount of times I have screwed up a situation because I accidentally opened this is infuriating. It's not even...

It's not a "good" fix but I actually just removed that key from my keyboard, so I would quit doing that, lol.

@Ironhead841 lol same, i did it out of anger one day, fat fingered that thing so many times i said fk it, ripped it out and threw it across the room, it has preemptively, and calmly been removed from any keyboard since. :D

    Hahaha but I am sure you stayed calm throughout and said words like golly gosh like any decent BF player would do in that sort of situation. 😅
