My P90 is still locked. It's been like this for weeks and I have played single player, multiplayer, portal, and changed the gun attachments. EA support has been unable to resolve this, so I come to the community in my time of need. Personally, I think this is a problem only the devs can resolve as I have tried everyone potential "fix" posted in Answers HQ threads.
@X-Sunslayer-XI share the same sentiments and I am well aware that these guns are inferior to the standard lineup. We paid for this content so at the very least it should be accessible.

glad I T1 out mine already right before the update. the update actually on xbox series X feels like its been reverted quietly cause patch notes of thing they say they have fixed are still broken.
Thanks for asking the team, do I need to reach some higher level of support to get them to help with unlocks? These are the types of responses I've received recently.
"Please note, we have been receiving similar kind of contacts from other players as well. Our developers are working hard to fix the problem in timely manner. We request some time to get the issue fixed."
Many gamers are reporting the same, players are reporting that their weapon mastery progress is not advancing, the kill count is stuck. For example no matter how many kills they get with weapon X the progress, either to unlock a new skin or badge, is not registering, unabling progress.
You'll be glad to know, that we already reported this issue to our game team, we are investigating the root cause of the issue, and working on the resolution.
So it's a humble request to you please have some patience and wait for the investigation to be complete. Once our team will resolve this issue you'll be able to access this game with all the progress and kills will be counted. We appreciate your patience while the issue is being looked into.
