@Echo6EchoPersonally, K/D should not be a thing in BF. Let's go back to kills with no death listed. It's supposed to be a team based, objective game. Oh, wait this is 2042....
I started a thread a while back that stat boards ruined the game. so many people tie their self esteem to being top 10 so they can epeen. I was in a breakthrough the other day. I had 7 kills, 40 deaths. We were on the last flag and they were taking it in the first 20 seconds. I just posted really?
First response. Your last on the stat board with 40 deaths.
I had to inform him those were 40 redeployments so I could respawn with two missiles to shoot instead of waiting 20 seconds for 1. My kills were 5 vehicles destroyed.
That is pretty much what I have to do on Lis. Once my second missile is gone, I have to redploy to have a chance to destroy the vehicle. Getting T1 Lis and C5 has my K/D under .5

Nah, we wanted a scoreboard similar to previous BF games. DICE delivered a trash scoreboard instead. Not our fault DICE, once again, overpromised and underdelivered.

A scoreboard that is useful...One that your position is based on your work on the team, caps, resupply, assist, heal, revives, kills combined to your total score. IN OTHER words...your XP per round. Not some fictitious score based on arbitrary numbers for things that are half of what team play means. And IMO deaths have no place on the scoreboard.
