@locked_n_cockedThe list may be large, but to me it shows that they are not focusing efforts where they should be focused. These fixes are just a bunch of fluff compared to the game breaking stuff that needs to be fixed now. All efforts should be focused on those.
- Starting a game without the option to change your loadout for the ENTIRE game
- "load persistence data" errors keeping you from joining games
- Netcode and hit registration (addressed in notes but still being investigated)
-Random frame rate drops
-Overall performance on PC
-Can't disable crossplay on xbox
however, this is a large list of needed improvements.

Still a lot of work to be done, but extremely excited about all the QoL updates and tweaks in this patch.
The FOV bug fix at the beginning of rounds will be so nice.
Also, the updates to Sound effects when supporting teammates (healing, armor, etc). I just posted about this yesterday, so seeing a fix in tomorrow's patch is awesome. Love the other Angel tweaks as well. interesting that they are adding a 1 bounce then detonation to Smoke grenades. I will have to get used to that.
Overall, absolutely love all of this and hopefully we will get a few more of these over the coming weeks.
- 4 years ago@locked_n_cocked Agreed that they are needed. But aren't needed now to keep people from leaving the game. Most people who are saying they are done with the game aren't leaving for any of the stuff that is being addressed in this update.
- 4 years ago@gF0rce14 All fixes are needed now. I don't understand this thought process. Anything that improves this product is a good fix. obviously some will take more time, and will be in later patches but that doesn't diminish all these updates and changes.
- 4 years ago@seamount4life Yes, all fixes are needed. We all want a perfectly working, enjoyable game. If the major fixes take more time, DICE should tell us. Don't leave it out entirely. Prioritize the things that are causing people to drop this game. If they are, then great, just keep us in the loop and let us know.

No fixes for hitreg, hitboxes (especially Sundances), no specialist balances, no M5C bolt nerfing... Just the usual nonsense of "we did something, but we don't let you know what and here are some unnecessary things like weeklys".

Hopefully we get another update next week as well, fixes for important things like the 30 mm canon stutter for infantry, nerfing of the M5C, making hit-reg work, break-through flags on top of buildings etc.
And they should enable 64 player modes for PC+next gen consoles, this could probably improve the fun a lot and perhaps get some players back to the game. It should be easy, just port it from old-gen consoles.

- Fixed some issues that prevented visual hits from registering when firing on an enemy target. Note: further improvements are still being investigated
Posted this for everyone that says they didn't fix hit reg, etc. They are obviously working on it, with more work coming.
