No. These changes are specific to SMG's and AR's. The BSV is getting other balance changes such as the recoil increase for automatic fire.

Any reason as to why Paik has not been nerfed?
We are closely monitoring her performance and we are ready to make further changes if necessary.
- @Straatford87 Any word on if S2 will accurately track the battle points? It’s been a huge issue in S1, it’s been mentioned the fix didn’t work in the last patch, any update? Maybe I missed it in the notes…

Further changes to PAIK are necessary.Have to admit though that I'm seeing a few less "location revealed" pop-ups on the new map.
Probably because McKay is king if you want to get to the good spots and move freely inside the ship.
