PC Players, its time to turn cross play off

@ATFGunr I do agree with you somewhat; I am finding out very fast the game is a real bust without it, it's very messed up on many levels, this game can be epic but not with the current silliness, from the top down.

Is it politics or a lack of talent?

@2c5e591fbf8739d8 It’s not talent or politics, it’s the inability for Dice to make these different systems work together. I have no issues with consoles or console players, although having had them and played them I have to turn VoIP off as I don’t want to hear a 12 year old yell the N word repeatedly. My issue lies with the inability for the systems to work smoothly, and with the disparate systems offering a benefit (PC with M&K) having to be compensated (Consoles with controllers). Who decides the level of compensation needed? Should an average console player be able to laser an excellent PC player because the game makes it happen? Should an excellent console player suffer because an average PC player (that’s the group I consider myself in) because his equipment costs more? Do consoles need recoil reduction as part of that compensation? Will they ever fix the mouse input? How many times do I need to hit R to reload? Do consoles have input issues? I hold Dice 100% responsible for all of these issues. The biggest shame is the low pop makes it extremely hard to find games in AOW.

@ATFGunr I am a player who turns aim assist off as soon as I get a new battlefield game and I do agree recoil is way to low on 2042 (even versus past titles such as bf1 and BFV) but PC players do have the keyboard and mouse which can be used as an advantage against console players (regardless if we do have the settings to match PC players mouse sensitivity it's hard with an analog stick to match precision if mouse). I will add that turning cross play off may make it hard to find games. I play on last gen (so no PC players at all 😁) and love the cross play with my Xbox one friends

@Karen0202 This right here is what I mean. Aim assist always messed me up in the past when in front of multiple targets (it'll drag to the closest one slightly when I try to shoot at the one that's staring/shooting at me. So for us console players even the ones that use aim assist it's useless
