Honestly the only reason that I would quit the match at the end of the game pretty much is because I have noticed that everything earned sticks before the end of the match and quitting out allows me to matchmake faster than listening to the quips and reading the useless stats that the squad screen would give, not intentionally leaving the team if the game is lost/losing, more so I have little time to play during the week and want to make the most of it, having to wait 3 minutes at the end of a match to go into another one is ridiculous to say the least.
