There are many issues with the game. That doesn't mean this is not a valid one - it is. The gunplay in general could really use some care and attention. Marksman rifles don't make any sense. SMGs are ridiculously accurate out to 50m. Both assault rifles and SMGs outperform DMRs at the DMRs intended ranges.The NTW-50 is a crime against skill.
Yes, the hitreg, input lag, server lag spikes (teleporting players) and generally poor framerates on the majority of hardware are all issues. They would be fixed by different teams than the one that manages the gun statistics. They need feedback too in order to improve the experience for all players.
I do wonder if it has inadvertently received its bipodded stats even if not bipodded, it is arguably a tad too good for an LMG.
That said, because of no suppression mechanics and compared to the likes of SMGs, it's not that bad (good) depending on your point of view.

If the user has a chance to deploy the bipod, it's like the beam from the Death Star.
