Players of tech test get access to beta?

I played the technical test and was wondering if I would get access to closed beta. I know there will be an open beta and I do plan on preordering just havebt yet.

    Everyone who pre-orders the game will get early access to the beta.

I believe not but if history is any indication, the 'closed beta' will only be 2 or 3 days before it's open to everyone.
