Players who don't actually want to play.
To clarify, what is up with people joining into match gamemodes and then just...not playing the mode properly? I had six consecutive matches tonight with a team (which is shuffled each round no less)...

In general I am a team player: reviving, attacking or defending objectives. But because of the state of the game other people pointed out before I now mainly play the weekly missions. Do I want to help win the round? Sure… but if your squad just does not spawn on my perfectly placed beacon or if they run past me when I am downed without revive it is frustrating. Also for example I like to carry AA, with which I help the team. Most players on twitch carry the med pen - only helping themself. I had rounds, where I was the only one with AA on breakthrough harassing the enemy chopper which farmed us. Of course our team lost, because nobody else was willing to switch to Rao or also get AA…
DICE still provides much more points for kills than for team play. This could be adjusted.
HLL shows how team play is rewarded, but I can’t effort 1.5 h rounds for a single match every day.
