It is the crossplay netcode. At first I thought it was AA, but Console players have the same issues when they encounter PC players. What is happening is both sides are experiencing two different situations at the same time.
When a Console player kills a PC player, it feels normal, but on the PC side, they are insta-killed and it feels like an aimbot.

The netcode, 45Hz tick rate servers, lag comp, etc are sooooo bad, none of us are playing the same game.

I'm constantly getting dropped so fast I feel like I'm dropping frames. I've always felt like there was some kind of server issue.
