I do certainly hope they take the Battlefield 5 approach to weapon control where bullets go where your gun is aiming. I've tried going back to Battlefield 4 but the randomness is incredibly unsatisfying.
- 4 years ago@Noodlesocks man as I said, yesterday me and my buddies decided to go back to playing some BF4, it was absolutely rage inducing.

Much prefer BF4/1 gun mechanics, sue me.
- 4 years ago@Trokey66 really? BF4 an BF1 puts an artificial skill cap on the game because even the most refined accurate player is subjected to RNG in where their bullets actually go vs where they're aiming.
It's both frustrating and extremely unrealistic, I don't why anyone would want to go back to that.

@Neovisi0n
I'm not following op so you want guns that have 0.0 spread and no recoil. Is that it? If so, this eliminates skill from the equation entirely. People would just camp and shoot from 200 meters away since guns are now laser accurate. I dont think this gunplay has existed in any fps game ever because it would be an utterly broken miserable failure.- 4 years ago@BaronVonGoon He wants no deviation/spread from center of reticle at the time of projectile spawn.
Deviation/spread mitigates skill (precision of accuracy).
I agree in this regard. There should be no adjustments made to where the player aimed and fired.
