Please remove the Squad order countdown

I dont mind being leader - think team / squads need those so that we do not all run around like headless chickens. But you give order attack / defend something - and this order vanishes way too fast. There should also be a cool down timer on how often a squad member can ask for orders / start the counter. If someone disagree with my orders fine - change to other squad - but this constant starting this counter is annoying.
I totally agree there should be some kind of reward for a squad doing what leader say - a little like BF 5 and so on.
It should be like BFV, which worked fine. First, I want a brief notice telling me which squadmate requested an order. Then the notice should go away. That way I'm not stressed by a constant countdown, AND I know which annoying person to kick from my squad if he keeps spamming requests.
For pinging the objective, the only way I get it to work is to ping the edge.
I kept getting that alert and I was pinging the heck out of the objective, and once I pinged the edge it worked consistently.
We should be able to do it on the map and minimap.You can also use the CommoRose to Request/ Place an order on a point if you hold Q/ Right Bumper?
