No, just release the game on November 19, 2021.
I am fine with the few bugs I encountered as none were game breaking, just annoying.
A lot of those have likely already been fixed, and the few left I can live with.
I would really like to start digging in to the full game during my longer Thanksgiving break from work.
I see the DICE apologist want another BFV situation (probably worse this time around than BFV), I think it needs delayed until Summer 2022 or later honestly just look at the majority raising hell that have played it speaks for itself that it needs delayed again.
- @TankerFlanker The majority raising hell? That is a false statement, I believe. The majority is not here. They are silent and not interacting in forums and the like. Saw the same for bfv. A loud minority thinking they speak for everyone.
From what I have gathered from youtubers and streamers, they have had lotsa fun with the game. And I played the beta myself and enjoyed it thoroughly, despite bugs and glitches and lack of important functions like map and com functions.
So for the poll, unless actual game breaking bugs for an actual majority, I want it released as scheduled on the nineteenth of November.- @mesterKG lol don't rely on you tubers to do your thinking. Majority are raising hell definitely! Rightly so. Look at BF2042 instagram. One post with over 2600 like. The post simply states in bold "No Specialist" There are literally thousands of people making similar Post. You are the minority. I'd rather they take another year to build a proper BF game. Silent majority don't like it either.
- @SICIOUS I certainly don’t let youtubers think for me. The point regarding them was that the majority of them was happy. If as you claim, the majority of players was unhappy, I think that would show up with these youtubers as well. I dunno if 2600 likes on Instagram is a lot for these things. Are those 2600 a representative selection of the player base? I don’t know about statistics much…
- @mesterKG of course most youtubers will like it. They shill to eat as most are in EA creative club or whatever they call it. If they are not in that little club they are trying to get in it. They want those media packages and early access for clicks. Remember in this age clicks and likes are now its own monetary system.
- @ghinavirus Yeah, you’re right for the most part about the youtubers, I suspect. But regardless of that, the player base of bf is a rather diverse one. Just reading in these forums will tell you that for every one wish there are always some with a different wish contrary to the first one. Some would love the game to be more like cod. Some loves all the cosmetics available and will empty their wallets for them. Some think bf1 is the greatest thing happening to the franchise while others think bf2 was the last real bf.
To claim to speak for the majority is a big one not easily backed up.
I’ll give you this though: there seem to be a rare consensus in these forums about the specialists. Maybe you are right.
And maybe even the beta feedback on this will change it up some in time for launch or at a later stage.. I doubt it though and too much is riding on getting the game in the shelves before the holidays shopping spree starts, for them to delay the game any more.
