Yes, just delay the game as long as it needs.
The open beta was a pure mess on PC honestly, it was poorly optimized...
- 4 years ago@Player55 Why? Everyone and their grandmas know the Beta was like 2-3 months old. They should be way ahead of what we played. The fact they only pushed it back a month sounds like last-minute polishing, slight bug fixing. If they were going to push it back due to major issues they would've sent it to 1st Quarter Releases of 2022.
- 4 years ago@Threedog1421 then if its several months old why not play it in September like we were told. Same build as the timeline fits perfect. Why would they polish an old build like you are stating. That makes zero sense when they were on a new build already.
- 4 years ago@ghinavirus They're not polishing what we played perse, odds are they just wanted to get some analytics on how the servers would run under load. Regardless of any type of glitches that were graphical etc, they want to see things that would break the servers themselves. It's not like they stopped working on the game while we played the beta. Beta was meant for different purposes, regardless of glitches. Many of the bugs people were reporting in the feedback were more than likely fixed before the beta. Sad to say, when the game releases that's when the real testing begins. And they'll be tuning, fixing bugs that were introduced on the gold release. That's software development today for you.
