Now we all have different skill and yeah he is using the no lifer red/purple look but this too me looks like something else is going on he snaps to heads like its gta aim assist L2/R2 and the last section is hip firing the last smg but its again head-shot galore in one case 3 head-shots 1 mag 2 of them though a wall.

This isn't cheating. The movements look naturally, even the snap takes time. When I watch videos like these I picture myself there and think about my next moves, where my aim goes, how fast my reflex etc. Except for the few time he switched to his side arm, I would have done 90% of what he did.
You should not believe in everything that is posted, it is just a search on these that openly shows what it can look like on youtube and see the similarities in the movements of the sight. Looks like it's time for the EAC ban hammer to strike soon.
As a console player, I have noticed a few cheaters, full auto MP28 pistols (this one is happening a bit more now), shot through walls and getting shot from someone not on kill cam (me and mate killed by him twice in space of few minutes spawning in)
But I have to say these are few and far between and not as common as I thought it would be.
