Pre-load / Release Date

People who get the gold or the ultimate get it a week earlier than that as well don't they? I hope they figure it out before it's too close to release. I have shiternet myself so it takes forever to download anything, but I can play just fine without any lag.

@TankerFlankerThe game will be released on October 22nd, this screenshot is of the Ultimate version I pre-ordered when it became available to do so. I wonder how many hours will be lost to early players due to heavy network congestion.

@rouvio Yeah I got the same on PS5 the Ultimate, I hope you and I and everyone else can end up preloading a few days before the initial early release.

IM sure its not going to be a problem. if you have good internet you should be fine.

Have you recently pre-loaded a highly anticipated game on pre-load day?

Things are almost never smooth brother. There will be delays.. there will be slow-down-to-a-crawl download speeds, download servers will crash.. Pre loading is exactly that - pre loading the game so players will avoid the traffic and not get super slow speeds downloading the content. 

I fail to see the point of opening the pre-load the very moment the game servers open and/or the game becomes available. Enlighten me.
