Summarize your bug Year 1 Pass Purchased on PS5 copy of game is not crossing over to XSX copy of game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If content is purchased on one console, it is supposed to be accessible on other platforms.
What happens when the bug occurs? My loadouts reset if I select any year 1 content on PS5 that cannot be found on XSX.
What should be happening instead? Per your advertising, purchases and progress are accessible all platforms linked by the same EA account.
Per your game description in the News articles, purchases made on a PlayStation are accessible on Xbox and PC and vice versa. This is not currently working. Year 1 pass content purchased on my PS5 is not crossing over to my XSX game. Progress is crossing over. Any year 1 pass content used in loadouts on PS5 disappears on XSX and resets the loadout to its base causing me to have to reselect my options. Currently opting out of using this content on PS5 to avoid impacts on XSX

Hey @denogginizer,
There is indeed cross-commerce/cross-progression in Battlefield 2042, however, it is stated as follows:
"While there are a few limitations to cross-progression we want to make you aware of, such as Special Edition cosmetics, the Digital Artbook & Soundtrack, unspent Premium Currency and pre-order items not carrying over, we’re excited about giving you the freedom to play and progress wherever you choose to play."More information can be found on our website.
Regarding the Year 1 Pass; more information on the Passes to come in the future! Keep an eye out on our official channels for news & updates!- 4 years ago
So, you are saying the Year 1 pass will not cross over and I will have to purchase it separately on Xbox in order to access content?
- 4 years ago@denogginizer Also, I am speaking of the Year1 pass, not preorder items or special edition cosmetics.

Any update on cross platform transfer of season 1 pass purchase?

Also would like to know.
Made my original $100 purchase expecting to use my Battlepass across Xbox and PC. Was planning to double dip once we actually started getting content, but not if I have to shell out for the season pass a second time.
I thought cross-platform commerce was one of the major features of this game?

Picked up the game on launch for my Xbox, which was a mistake. I can't stand playing shooters with a controller.
Now that we're finally getting some content, was wondering if my Y1 Battlepass included with the Gold Edition of the game would carry over to PC. I am aware that the cosmetics do not.
I contacted support, and they told me NOTHING purchased on Xbox carries over, even if I had purchased the Battlepass separately. Which... I know is not true. DICE made a big deal out of all your purchases carrying over across different platforms.
So - which is it? Anybody know?

Other customers have said they can't get Battlepass to carry over to other platforms. EA pretty much false advertised about buying things on one platform and having it carry over to another.
It'll be interesting to see if EA pays Sony's fees so cosmetics bought on PlayStation carry over to Xbox.
