i preordered this back in july and when the beta came around, i got sent a code for both the early beta and the bonuses, i’ve entered it multiple times and restarted the game but they haven’t appeared. i can’t find many people talking about this so idk if this is a wide spread issue. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Which platform did you redeem it for? When codes are entered it doesn't mean they will automatically be downloaded to your account. For example, on Xbox One and PlayStation there are options for game add ons where those may need to be opted for installation. Do you see the content waiting to be installed under your Games Library for 2042?
It was for ps4. I checked the 'Add On' section under the game and only the add ons for 'Year 1 Pass' and 'Ultimate Upgrade'
