It doesnt matter if your fighting bots or players. I have killed 100s in both and my SVK still days 2 kills.....
Wrote this on Reddit but I'll say it here too.
I bought this game with the intention of only playing solo mode Conquest / Breakthrough against bots, which they promised all progression would be possible. Not even touched Portal. At this point in my life I'm pretty much over being farmed by sweats in MP.
Now after just 1 day they have turned off weapon progression in solo mode, so now I have pretty much no desire to play it. It's not like you get the insane amount of kills you can get abusing Portal, the most I've had is about 150 in a Breakthrough match. They just need to increase the amount of kills you need against bots.
They didnt stop progression on guns, its a bug and it effects EVERYTHING. None of my specialist, weapons, vehicles, medals, all progress is stopped for me. And its not singleplayer because i play both sp and mp. Kinda feels like we got * though considering we paid for early access and we cant even level. But dont worry if you like the game im sure it will get fixed. Every battlefield starts as bug ridden mess.
