I tried tweeting at and DMing the official EA Help twitter account this morning and have yet to get a response. I'm sure they're busy so I'm not surprised really.

    @TheLoliAssassin I mentioned it on their new BattlefieldComm twitter as well, nothing yet. Also keeping an eye on their known issue post, but it hasn't been updated since the middle of the day yesterday.
