Note that I'm in Australia.  I don't know if Sony's policies differ based on regional consumer laws.

Although having said that, in Australia we are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, at our option, for anything which is not fit for purpose or does not do what was advertised.

    @TheStraightRazor Yeah it's the same here in Ireland so I shall contact them shortly and explain the situation. It's a shame we have to do it but at the same time, EA need to start coping on and realise that if they have the cheek to charge so much for their games... then they should bloody well make sure the games are worth that price!
