Worst case scenario they do paid DLC for weapons and stuff. Best case scenario they reenable all progression and make it universal. It's time for us people to see what we want it to be, if we make our voice loud enough, there's a point where deaf ears start to listen.
- 4 years ago@Wababobo I'd say we've been pretty vocal the whole time, they just ignore us like the dirty solo playing peasants we are.

Sorry to saying it lads, but thats it i think. They got us with false advertising, lol. And they are not going to turn it back because if they do, they cant sell you "weapon shortcuts", xp boosters and most importantly Battle Pass (you will spend less time to complete it than they expected). It was 100% intentional, because they realised what they did when advertised progredsion in solo, so they just took it back, you bought the game anyway. Do not expect full progression to return in solo AoW. They robbed us on 2/3 of the game and hot away with it. Thats my thoughts on this subject after a week of waiting.
- 4 years ago@HustlerOneRaven It would be a bad move, consumer protection laws are a thing, and especially in the EU they are very strict; they would open themselves up to lawsuits if they simply remove it. Happened to Bethesda with FO76 when it released in such a bad state they were court ordered to refund anyone who asked.
- 4 years ago@gbullock32 Thing is. They CAN get away by saying that "But you can earn SOME progress". BUT they going to have a big problem if someone archived their statements about "full progression across all modes".
- 4 years ago@HustlerOneRaven This is probably what they would want to do but I doubt they would be able to get past the shitstorm this would cause, consumer protection laws and all that, and quite frankly that would be them shooting themselves in the foot for future games, so as long as we keep up borderline spamming this and linking it in the replies to all the comms tweets, small chance they might take notice
- 4 years ago@De_caro6969 Absolutely agree. Bump the thread. Keep it on top no matter what. If they dare to delete it - create new. We paid them money and we have all rights to complain !

Starting to feel this what game is going forward, like the XP farms has shaken them, so they are hitting the panic button and pulling back on progression in Portal and Solo. While just giving you enough XP and some attachments in a effort to claim that it wasn't false advertising when they said you can progress in Solo etc. Worrying.
Anyone else also disappointment that the map size is smaller in Solo too? It's just the 64 player map sizes compared to the 128 in PVP.
- 4 years ago@RealNinjaPirate Is it? Had not noticed since it crashes after 10-20 minutes and I can't even finish a game at the moment.
- RealNinjaPirate4 years agoSeasoned Adventurer@gbullock32 Yeah, the PVP maps are much bigger. For example in the Hourglass map in PVP there are 3 control points at the stadium to the west. While in Solo, the stadium is in the out bounds area. So looks like Solo/Co-op is only 64 players while PVP is 128. Unless I'm missing something? (always a good chance ha!)
