Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

I wouldn’t do anything too extreme yet until at least they add the portal xp and progression back, that is when I would expect it to be added back in solo and co-op. Hopefully that comes soon., cause it seems like a pretty big deal. I mean portal is starting to fade a bit because of the inability to get xp and progress in portal, so I expect it to be back hopefully by launch or the week after aka thanksgiving week, and hopefully with it progression will be back too.
