Don't wanna pee on anyones bonfire, but I'm a total cynic about this. I'll believe it when I see it. That they're being so silent about this officially is a huge red flag for me.

At the very least on this official launch today, I (stupidly) expected an official blog post announcing everything that they know is wrong with the game and the sort of fixes they plan to bring, and an explanation about all this mess with solo progression, and of course portal. We haven't and won't get that.
CoD is always giving quick updates on players concerns and if and when a fix is coming. There's no way they would allow something as big as this to blow up.

Good to see we are finally getting somewhere. Real question now is how long it will take them, not too long I hope. come on EA show us your REAL dedication to your fans!

EA Help full of chat today, no definitive timeline
- 4 years ago@Boland110 finally some attention. Let's hope they actually stick to their words.

Hey all, I reccomend you don't link anymore twitter accounts of any devs, community managers, anything.
They're getting really iffy now, multiple people have been banned, permanently...
- 4 years ago@Tman26242 For the sake of thread surviving and not getting bans. Just bump it. No links etc. We also moved to General Discussions now.

Noted - If anyone from the Dev or EA takes offence to my linking of EA Help - it was just to spread some news.
No one should ever be attacked over a game no matter how frustrated people are.

Dice actualy finding the time to delete threads about this issue, mine got deleted too. Trying to put a lid on it isnt gonna help tho, people paid good money for your game and they want what was promised.

That's what I was thinking.
Given the lack of communication, then threads being moved out of the proper place for them, or being removed, then posts being "cleaned up"... then the individual responses saying its a "temporary measure" but note that mostly again they refer to XP not progression... nor make an open statement directly addressing the issue properly.
Some actions are individually justifiable, but brought together it looks more like an implied admission that they know they've been caught doing something they shouldn't have, and are trying to cover it up and disperse things before consequences head their way.
Hopefully it's a case of poorly coordinated decisions by separate people rather than a directed plan.

Wait it got moved from bugs to 'general discussion' now that's one of the most shadiest things I've ever seen a company do.
- 4 years ago@waddon Cos it's not a bug, it's an intended action XD
- 4 years ago@GRUExylo So if it's no longer a bug... it was intended but they didn't talk about it in the twitter announcement? shady or incompetent, Idk and I hope it's just something they "forgot".
