Honestly, I feel that people need to get thicker skin. The game lets you grind out ALL the weapon attachments in bot games, so you can go into PvP and compete. "Oh no, you have to get a few hundred kills to get the Tier 1 skin?" Boohoo. Seriously, God forbid the devs GIVE you all the attachments for free, but if you have to do a grind for a skin? Heaven forbid.
Now...I understand not everyone likes 64v64 and I'm in that same boat. I would LOVE for some conq/bp options in the browser for simply 32/64/128 player servers. I don't need a browser, just let me pick the player size and I'll grind my skins out there, happily.
@gridsquaresIts not about having thicker skin, if this was the case before the game released there wouldnt be a problem, the problem is that it was sold and advertised as all progression and xp being universal, and that is the premise why a lot of people bought the game.

This is exactly the thing - I bought BF4 knowing there were no bots and had a great time with it (so much so I actually bought three copies of it over time for different platforms).
But buying this one knowing there are bots to play against with full progression, and knowing that BF games have been launching in steadily worse and worse condition, and that I wouldn't have to suffer through these issues being abused by other players was a significant selling point.
Tbh at this stage if this is the sorta stuff we have to put up with i'd be happy with just getting remasters of games like bf3 bf4 ect

Someone on twitter directly contacted EA, they said this
Still not a definite answer. Its working as intended (at the moment because they put restriction on), but if this turns out to be a permaent thing then Portal is dead on arrival, and solo/coop players will leave in droves making the player count less than it already is.
